Please include in your message: timeline (when would you like the piece completed by), materials (metal and gemstone types in mind), budget ($375 minimum), & design details you would like to be incorporated. Please send any inspiration photos to info@chezzajewelry.com.

You will receive a response from me within 48 hours. Depending on the amount of detail you give me, I will either send you a questionnaire for more information or a lead time of a proposal for the design and price options for your piece. Once proposal has been approved, a 30% deposit is due before I can begin working on your piece. Rest of payment is due once piece is completed.

Steps of Custom Piece Process

1. Inquiry

Fill out the custom order form above and please include the following information: your budget, timeline, piece type, piece design details you have in mind if any, gemstone preferences if you have them, & metal preference (please keep in mind that I may not be able to use your preferred metal if your budget is not in line with metal costs).

2. Design Consult

I will schedule a phone call, zoom call, or in studio chat to align on design & any details.

3. Proposal

Once I have a clear understanding of your vision for the piece, I will provide a proposal that includes 1–3 design options for your custom piece(s). Depending on the project and timeline, I may approach the process as a designer, a maker, or both to bring your piece to life. Once you select a design, a 30% deposit invoice will be issued. Work on your piece will begin once the deposit has been received. The remaining balance will be due upon completion of the piece, prior to delivery.

4. If you are creating a custom engagement ring with me, you can view diamond choices and their reports in person before the diamond is set if you would like.

5. The process from deposit to completed piece takes anywhere from 1-2 months.

7. You can pick up your piece in person or I can ship it to you for a fee + insurance on the package.
