  • We do not provide refunds for made to order pieces or custom fine jewelry.
  • However, we do allow exchanges and repairs within the first 3 weeks of obtaining your made to order product free of charge.
  • If you are not completely satisfied with your product or damage has occurred within the first 3 weeks, please email me at info@chezzajewelry.com for coordination or fill out the contact form under "Contact".
