Made to Order:

  • We allow exchanges and repairs free of charge within the first 3 weeks of obtaining your product for any made to order pieces.
  • If you are not completely satisfied with your product or damage has occurred within the first 3 weeks, please email me at info@chezzajewelry.com for coordination or fill out the contact form under "Contact".
  • If anything happens to your piece beyond 3 weeks we will absolutely repair your piece for a small fee. Fee will be based off of an assessment of your piece.

Custom Fine Jewelry:

  • No refunds for custom fine jewelry orders. Exchanges allowed within 7 days of obtaining your product. Free repairs & maintenance checkups for the 1st year. We recommend returning to us for any necessary repairs beyond the 1st year as well. Our repair services cover issues with stone settings. You will be charged minimal fees if any if issues like this seems to be caused by maker error. However, if there is evidence of mishandling jewelry then fees will be applied. Ring, necklace, bracelet, resizings are subject to fees. *Chezza Jewelry is never responsible for customer provided materials such as stones in piece re-works. 
  • Remember to take care of your pieces. I always recommend never wearing your pieces in the ocean or pool, engaging in strenuous activity, gardening, etc.
